Directions to Redhouse Farmhouse & New Barn
Due to the location of these two centres we have provided comprehensive directions.
How to find us when travelling in the southbound direction (towards Brighton):
From London join M23 junction 8 at the M25 junction 7 and continue your journey until it becomes the A23. Continue following the A23. The 'Families for Children Centre is located short distance past the junction with B2117. There is a `Private Access' sign and a Bus Stop (painted in white on the road) after which you should leave the A23 via the slip road.
Once on the slip road you will notice another 'Private Access' sign and immediately after it disused/blocked access to the quarry (fronted by the concrete block), followed by current access to the quarry (signified by 'Wanted Demolition Concrete' sign just before the turning and the triangular road sign on the right hand site indicating access road). You should ignore this access as it is narrow track leading to the quarry used by lorries.
Take the next left turn immediately after the crash barrier and the bridge parapet as this leads to the access road for the Redhouse Farmhouse (the Farmhouse is a short distance after the turning on the right hand site). Please note that this point is also used for exiting the establishment to rejoin the A23 in the southbound direction.
If you miss the entry continue on the A23 and leave at the next junction, turn back and follow the northbound directions.
How to find us when travelling in the northbound directions:
From Brighton take A23 and continue on it past turn off to Henfield/A281 and Citroen/Texaco Garage. Leave the A23 immediately after passing the overbridge and the parking lay-by on the left and continue down the slip road, past the entry to the studio on the left. Turn right under the bridge and continue for about 300 yards, the entry to the 'Families for Children' is on the right hand side.
