Families for Children was delighted to retain the Investor in People award for another three years following our inspection in May 2009. Families for Children have held the Investor in People accreditation since 2000. The award recognises that everyone associated with the agency contributes towards its success. The accreditation highlights our commitment to training and the meaningful ways in which we identify and meet our goals. The assessor made particular note of the strong sense of co-operation, team working practices, openness and friendliness throughout the organization.
