July House is thoughtfully decorated and furnished to a high standard; it is homely, calming, and comfortable and celebrates the achievements of the children who live there. Children are consulted regularly on issues concerning the day to day running of July House and are actively involved in its decoration. Downstairs July House comprises of a large living room, kitchen, play room, wet room, computer room and utility room. On the first floor there are six children’s bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms. On the 2nd floor there are two staff bedrooms and a shower room.

July House is set in spacious gardens and surrounded by common land in a rural community.
