Brenda Bailey

Brenda has over thirty years experience in the education field and has been Headteacher of Southways School for the last nine years. During her teaching career she has taught in primary and secondary schools and is committed to giving children every opportunity to succeed.

Gail Jay

Gail is a qualified teacher with over thirty years teaching experience in primary and special schools. Gail provides ‘excellent teaching’ (Ofsted 2008) and many children have benefitted from her skills over the years. She is passionate about her work and enabling children to reach their full potential.

Gail Rodd

Gail has worked for Families for Children for over ten years and at Southways School for the last four years. She is an experienced Teaching Assistant but has also worked with children and young people throughout her working life. Gail is enthusiastic about her role and committed to helping children succeed in education and life in general. ‘
